Adam Berns

Corporate Development and General Counsel

Adam serves as general counsel for Neural ID, as well as being responsible for spearheading corporate development.

Prior to joining Neural ID, Adam was a principal of Streamride, Inc., a technology consulting firm and incubator. Adam served as a co-founder and executive vice president of business development and strategy of Hiwire, the largest audio ad insertion company on the Internet. At Hiwire, Adam was responsible for all business development. This included bringing in most of the company’s major business such as Clear Channel, MusicMatch and ABC Radio.

Adam has worked as a corporate and media attorney at Latham & Watkins and has both a law degree and MBA from UCLA. He also holds a BA in Economics with distinction from Stanford University. Adam’s outside interests include a passion for snow skiing, water skiing, martial arts and travel.
